The client wanted to build a comprehensive EV charging ecosystem consisting of a mobile application for EV users and a centralized admin platform for charging station operators. The goal was to provide real-time charging station visibility, seamless payment processing, intelligent location-based discovery, and complete operational control over charging infrastructure.

Managing charging stations manually created operational inefficiencies and limited visibility into charger status, transaction activity, and station performance. Users often struggled to locate available charging stations, while operators lacked centralized tools to monitor charger health, manage charging sessions, and analyze usage patterns.

What was needed was a centralized EV charging management platform that could connect drivers, charging stations, and operators through a real-time digital ecosystem.

The requirement was for a scalable solution that would simplify EV charging, improve charging station utilization, provide live charger monitoring, and enable organizations to efficiently manage their charging infrastructure.

A custom EV Charging Management Platform was developed to centralize charging station operations, charging sessions, user management, payments, analytics, and charger monitoring within a single ecosystem.

The solution includes a mobile application for EV drivers and a web-based admin panel for charging station operators. Users can locate nearby charging stations, view charger availability in real time, start charging sessions, make payments, and monitor charging progress directly from their mobile devices.

The admin platform provides live dashboards, charging point management, session tracking, usage analytics, transaction monitoring, and operational reporting. Real-time communication between charging stations and the platform is enabled through OCPP and SignalR integrations.

The result is a scalable EV charging ecosystem that improves user convenience, increases operational visibility, and helps organizations efficiently manage and expand their charging networks.
