The company, BrilConcept, which deals with providing quality and affordable eyewear solutions, needed a digital system for improving their business and streamlining their business activities in their various stores. The company’s business activities were carried out using lots of manual documentation and were complex for handling customers, prescriptions, orders, billing, and inventory.
What was needed in this case was a centralized and responsive system that could integrate all the retail activities of the optics industry.
The requirement was for a single, centralized responsive system that would unify all optical retail operations, support multiple store locations, staff roles, and daily in-store workflows.
Solution Overview
A custom Optics Management System was developed to support BrilConcept's retail operations: centralizing customer management, order and prescription processing, product catalog management, billing, and reporting within the same platform.
The solution is fully responsive, allowing users to work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. It allows administrators, store staff, and managers to digitize the day-to-day running of optical businesses and help eliminate lots of paperwork, enhance efficiency, and support better customer relations.
