BMLT (Book My Lab Test) was conceived as an in-house healthcare technology product inspired by centralized service platforms that simplify customer experiences through a unified ecosystem. The vision was to create a single digital platform that connects patients, phlebotomists, and diagnostic laboratories, enabling seamless test discovery, appointment booking, report delivery, and operational management.

The diagnostic laboratory industry lacked a centralized digital ecosystem. Patients often struggled with fragmented booking processes, delayed report delivery, and limited visibility into their diagnostic journey.
